This support includes ground testing, frequency approval assistance, and operational oversight during initial shakedown flights to ensure the radar is integrated correctly and mission-ready.

The purchase of a radar includes a comprehensive 4-day training course covering system operation and data analysis. Following certification, operators retain direct access to IMSAR’s technical support team via phone, video, or email for assistance with system familiarization and troubleshooting.
