Electronics radar technician

ImSAR®, a leader in unmanned aerial vehicle radar systems is seeking a full time employee with 2+ years of micro-electronic testing and component development experience including custom electronic products and/or micro-circuits. Applicant must be highly-motivated, flexible, organized, and willing to learn in a fast paced development environment. The applicant must be detail oriented with excellent dexterity for assembly of small devices and components.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience using oscilloscope, voltmeter, spectrum analyzer
  • Wiring harness assembly experience
  • Trouble shooting skills to SMD level
  • Experience with RoHS soldering environment
  • RF experience
  • Ability to debug and test PCB assemblies
  • Computer literate using office suite software such as MS-Word and Excel
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions and upgrade written instructions to improve processes

Desirable to have:

  • Military electronics technician experience
  • Environmental testing
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Ability to keep and analyze detailed records for quality improvement

Software Developer:

ImSAR is seeking a Software Developer for fulltime employment in Springville, Utah. The developer will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining code in both Python and C++. Some duties will include Linux system maintenance, so a strong Linux background is required. Math skills are a plus.
